The Role
As Chef Supervisor, you will:
• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff
• Plan and oversee meal preparation and service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage ordering and stock control
• Maintain high standards of presentation and nutrition

About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
Experience in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance
Ability to manage a team and workload effectively
Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance suitable for aged care
