The Position
We are seeking a Full Time Chef Supervisor to lead the catering team at Mareeba Gardens Aged Care Home in Queensland. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high quality meal service, compliance with food safety standards, and supporting the wellbeing of residents through nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences.

Applicant Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef or Chef Supervisor in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
• Relevant qualification such as Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and dietary requirements
• Ability to manage kitchen operations, rosters, and stock control
• Genuine interest in supporting older Australians
• Current National Police Check with no disqualifying convictions
