Then this could be the role you've been waiting for!  We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our amazing team at Alcheringa in beautiful Swan Hill on permanent night duty, working 37.5 hours per fortnight.

What You'll Be Doing: As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional overnight clinical care while supporting the health, comfort and wellbeing of our residents.

Your nights will include:

• Providing safe, person-centered nursing care
• Supporting resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments
• Administering medications safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents and responding to changes in health status
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Contributing to resident care planning alongside our Registered Nurses
• Working collaboratively with our dedicated overnight team to ensure residents receive outstanding care

We are looking for someone who brings both clinical confidence and genuine compassion.

You'll need:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)
• At least 12 months post-graduate nursing experience (aged care experience highly regarded)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Understanding of residential aged care practices
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys creating calm, providing reassurance, and delivering exceptional care throughout the night.
