About the position: As a Casual Registered Nurse, you'll provide safe, contemporary and person-centered clinical care while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is confident, adaptable and enjoys working across a variety of shifts as required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents
• Completing resident admissions and comprehensive clinical assessments
• Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised care plans
• Administering medications safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents' health and responding to changes in condition
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Supporting GP rounds and clinical reviews
• Providing leadership and guidance to care staff during your shift
• Ensuring care is delivered in line with AHPRA standards and Respect policies

We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses who can confidently step into a busy aged care environment and deliver outstanding clinical care. To be considered: 

You'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated nursing experience (aged care experience is highly regarded)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Understanding of aged care accreditation requirements
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays as required
