We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team in a part-time role offering 30 hours per fortnight, with casual opportunities also available for the right candidate. In this position, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to support clinical outcomes and monitor residents’ wellbeing, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment where dignity and respect guide everyday practice. No two days are the same! As Enrolled Nurse you will:

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families to identify care needs and support individualised care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that reflects care delivery and resident outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and ensure correct handling, storage, and record-keeping.
• Monitor residents’ health, report changes promptly to Registered Nurses, and support the care team in delivering safe, person-centred care.
• Participate in team handovers, care planning discussions, and initiatives that promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to monitor, assess, and respond to changes in residents’ health.
• Knowledge of residential care practices, care planning, clinical documentation, and the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
• Understanding of aged care accreditation processes and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain), required immunisations, and a flexible, professional approach to shift work.
