Location: St Johns Facility, Wangaratta
Position: Part-time Enrolled Nurse 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and medication administration

• Monitor and report on residents' physical and emotional well-being

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individual care plans

• Provide support and education to residents and their families

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a qualified Enrolled Nurse

• Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check

• Have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to residents

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be flexible with timings of shifts i.e. open to morning, afternoon and nightshifts
