As a Food Services Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy healthy, delicious, and well-presented meals each day. Working as part of our hospitality team, you will contribute to a positive dining experience that supports residents’ health and wellbeing.

Assist with meal preparation and service in accordance with menus and dietary requirements.
Ensure meals are presented to a high standard and served with care.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Support stock rotation and safe food storage.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service to residents.
Previous experience in a food services or kitchen role (aged care or healthcare environment preferred).
Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A positive attitude and genuine commitment to providing excellent service.
All candidates must also meet the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care sector.

*The successful candidate will receive a salary between the range of $52,000-$57,000*
