As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of our clinical team to provide compassionate, person-centred care. You will support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Deliver personal care tailored to individual resident needs.
Assist residents with meals and refreshments.
Accurately document care activities and report changes in resident wellbeing.
Support meal planning by checking daily menu requirements.
Carry out tasks delegated by Registered or Enrolled Nurses.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A genuine passion for aged care and improving the lives of older people.
All candidates must meet the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care sector.
