Respect Aged Care is currently seeking Casual Food Services Assistants to join the hospitality team at Autumn Lodge in Macksville, NSW.

The Food Services Assistant plays an important role in delivering safe, nutritious and enjoyable meals to our residents while supporting the home’s Food Safety Program (FSP).
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of food in creating comfort, routine and joy.
Assist with meal preparation, plating and presentation
Serve and deliver meals and refreshments to residents in a friendly and timely manner
Support menu implementation based on resident needs and preferences
Complete general kitchen cleaning duties in line with the Food Safety Program
Assist with monitoring FSP requirements, including temperature checks and documentation
Report any concerns regarding food service to the Registered Nurse in Charge
You will bring:
Completion of a Food Handling Course
Experience in food services (aged care experience highly regarded)
A positive, team-focused attitude
Strong attention to hygiene and food safety practices
A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
