  • Strong understanding of aged care governance, compliance, and funding models.

  • Financial and business management experience, including budgeting and workforce planning.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and empowerment.

  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, management, or business (desirable).

Why you will love working with Respect

  • Join a trusted not-for-profit organisation with a 100-year legacy of care and community.

  • Enjoy the benefits of salary packaging to increase your take-home pay.

  • Work alongside an experienced regional leadership team that values your voice and expertise.

  • Access ongoing professional development and leadership training.

  • Be part of a supportive, values-driven culture built on respect, teamwork, and innovation.

This is more than a management opportunity, it is your chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians in a warm, supportive, and community-focused environment.
