The Position

We are seeking a Casual Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Masters Lodge in Hervey Bay, Queensland. This role involves supporting residents with daily living activities, providing personal care, and promoting comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work alongside a dedicated care team and contribute to a warm and supportive environment.

Applicant Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

• Experience in aged care is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work well within a team

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting older Australians

• Flexibility for shift work

• Current National Police Check with no disqualifying convictions

• NDIS Worker Screening is not required for this site
