About the Role

We are looking for a Hairdresser to provide services to residents at Fred French Home in Newstead. This is a subcontractor opportunity, suited to someone who is confident working independently and providing professional hairdressing services in a friendly aged care environment.

The role is expected to be 2 days per week, around 16 hours, supporting residents with hairdressing services that help promote confidence, dignity and wellbeing.

• Hairdressing qualification or relevant industry experience.
• Experience providing hairdressing services in a professional setting.
• Friendly, respectful and resident-focused approach.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage appointments.
• Genuine interest in working with older people.
• Current National Police Certificate.
