  • Develop interactive learning resources, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials.

  • Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions when required.

  • Track, evaluate, and report on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a training, instructional design, or development role.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.

  • A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • A genuine passion for learning, development, and making a difference.

(NDIS Worker Screening Endorsement and National Police Check, or the ability to acquire, are required.)

Why Respect?

When you join Respect, you will be part of a values-driven organisation that puts people first. We offer:

  • A supportive and inclusive team environment.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • The chance to make a real impact on the future of aged care.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
