We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance — ensuring our people are set up for success.
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will:
Support the design, implementation, and management of learning and development programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, high-quality training content.
Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communications.
Develop interactive learning resources, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials.
Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS).
Facilitate workshops and training sessions when required.
Track, evaluate, and report on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a training, instructional design, or development role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Excellent organisation and project management skills.
A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A genuine passion for learning, development, and making a difference.
(NDIS Worker Screening Endorsement and National Police Check, or the ability to acquire, are required.)
