Glenella is seeking a reliable and hands on Maintenance and Gardening Officer to assist with leave coverage and increased maintenance work across the home on a casual basis.

The Role
Working alongside the site team, you will assist with maintaining the buildings, equipment, and gardens to ensure the home remains safe, well presented, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
• General building maintenance and minor repairs
• Gardening and grounds upkeep
• Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks
• Supporting site safety and presentation
• Assisting with additional maintenance tasks when required
What You Can Bring
• Experience in general maintenance, gardening, or similar work
• A practical and reliable approach to completing tasks
• Ability to manage a varied workload
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in contributing to an aged care environment
• Current National Police Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
