Respect Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at our Tongala Memorial facility in VIC. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

• Assist with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and mobility.

• Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration.

• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and report any changes to the care team.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

• Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver individualised care plans.

To be successful, you will need:

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.

• A current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).

• A current NDIS Workers Check (or be willing to obtain one).

• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights.

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude.

• A strong team player who is open to learning and professional development.

Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 per annum (plus superannuation).
