The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Emerald Avalon. In this role, you will deliver safe, contemporary clinical care to residents, provide leadership and support to care staff, and complete accurate clinical documentation. You will work collaboratively within a supportive clinical team to achieve positive resident outcomes.

About You
• Tertiary qualification in nursing or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Sound clinical knowledge and contemporary nursing practice
• A genuine interest in working in aged care
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload
• Flexibility for shift work
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening clearance suitable for aged care
