Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of older Australians? At Mareeba Gardens Settlement, we are looking for caring and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a casual basis and support our residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

About the Role
As a PCA at Mareeba Gardens Settlement, you will provide day-to-day personal care and assistance that allows residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our experienced care team, contributing to a supportive, respectful, and positive environment.

What You Will Do

• Deliver compassionate personal care and daily living support

• Assist with meals, hydration, and general care routines

• Accurately record observations and share updates with the nursing team

• Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment

• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

What You Will Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

• Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication skills and a caring nature

• Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
