About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant at our Toogoolawah facility, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to our residents, supporting them to live with dignity, comfort, and purpose. You will work as part of a close-knit care team that values respect, teamwork, and kindness. We currently have part-time opportunities on offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Support daily living activities, including mealtimes and hydration
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and promptly communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver individualised care plans
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and the local community

What You Will Need

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, caring nature
• A commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
