Are you a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant looking to make a real difference? Mitchell House in Morwell, VIC, is seeking motivated individuals to join our dedicated care team on a Permanent Part time basis, with a variety of shifts available.

The Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll work under the guidance of our clinical team to provide compassionate, person-centred care. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, ensuring they maintain independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Assist with meals and refreshments.
• Accurately document care activities and report exceptions to the care plan.
• Support meal planning by checking daily menu requirements.
• Carry out tasks delegated by Registered or Enrolled Nurses.
• Contribute to a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine passion for aged care and improving the lives of older people.
