About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Mareeba Gardens, you’ll provide exceptional clinical care and support to residents while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

This is a full-time role, and flexibility across shifts is required, giving you the opportunity to contribute where it’s most needed and experience variety in your work.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care

• Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure residents’ comfort and safety

• Conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement

What You Will Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment

• Flexibility to work across shifts as required

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate approach and commitment to resident-centred care

• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
