Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a new role?

Respect is growing and now is an exciting time to join us!

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to older adults living in the community, with the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work every day.

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will help clients maintain their mobility, independence, function and safety through tailored assessments, goal-focused interventions, exercise programs and rehabilitation.

Your work will enable older people to remain living confidently in their own homes, maintain their physical wellbeing and continue engaging in the activities that matter to them.

You will work closely with clients, families, Case Managers, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centred care aligned with individual goals and preferences. This role requires regular travel across the community to visit clients in their homes.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team as a full-time Physiotherapist, based in either Devonport, Launceston, or Hobart. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician with a strong client-centred approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting older adults.

About Us

At Respect, we’re proud to be the largest provider of aged care services in Regional Australia.

As a not-for-profit organisation, everything we do is driven by our commitment to supporting older Australians with dignity, compassion and genuine connection.

We’re a growing, values-led organisation with a strong focus on our clients, their families and our team. When you join Respect, you become part of a supportive community that thrives on collaboration, trust and the shared belief that everyone deserves to feel valued.

If you’re looking for an organisation that invests in its people, celebrates purpose, and offers meaningful career pathways, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Why You Will Love Working With Us

  • A workplace culture that celebrates people, progress, and purpose
  • Meaningful work where you see the impact you make every day
  • Opportunities to grow your career
  • Save tax by salary packaging up to $15,900 of living expenses and a further $2,650 for meals out and holiday accommodation!

No two days are the same!

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised physiotherapy treatment plans to support client goals and outcomes

  • Develop and prescribe individualised exercise, strengthening, balance and rehabilitation programs
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve or maintain mobility, independence, function and quality of life
  • Assess and recommend appropriate mobility aids and equipment where required
  • Monitor client progress and respond to changes, escalating concerns as needed
  • Identify and address falls risks and implement appropriate prevention strategies
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary and external providers
  • Provide education and practical support to clients, carers, and support staff
  • Contribute to care planning, case conferences, and client-centred service delivery
