About the Role

Lyndoch Living is a dynamic, purpose-driven aged care community where exceptional care and genuine connection come together. With 24/7 nursing support and the ability to care for residents with high or complex needs, our five-residence home allows staff to deliver tailored care that evolves with residents—all in one supportive, well-resourced environment. We foster a homely, respectful culture where residents thrive and staff are empowered to make a real difference. Our highly trained nurses and personal care workers are backed by ongoing education, strong teamwork, and leadership that understands how important a smooth transition is for residents and staff alike. At Lyndoch, you’re not just doing a job—you’re building relationships, growing your skills, and being part of a team that truly cares.

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our aged care team on a part-time basis, working night shifts and playing a key role in overnight clinical care.

In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, support safe and effective medication management, and work closely with care staff to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day—building strong connections with residents and their families while further developing your skills within a supportive and collaborative team. If you are reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.

No two days are the same! As Registered Nurse you will:

  • Complete required funding assessments and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance and supporting optimal funding and quality care outcomes.
  • Maintain high-quality, contemporaneous documentation that accurately reflects care delivery and clinical decision-making
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants, supporting safe practice and professional standards
  • Always uphold confidentiality and ensure staff work safely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Provide clear, concise shift handover and reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, and identify training and development needs within the team

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with no restrictions to practice
  • Demonstrated clinical experience, preferably within aged care or a related healthcare setting
  • Sound knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and best practice
  • Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Availability to work Night duty

  • Training and development pathways
  • Supportive leaders who are onsite
  • A friendly, down-to-earth workplace
  • Opportunity to build a long-term career in aged care
