About the Role 

 We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Working within our aged care home, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity and comfort.

 

No two days are the same! As Registered Nurse, you will: 

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
  • Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes
  • Lead and support care staff to ensure best practice care delivery
  • Liaise with residents, families, and allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
  • Respond to changes in residents’ health and escalate where required

 

About You 

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (desirable)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, resident-centred approach to care
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of aged care standards and compliance requirements
  • Current National Police Check and relevant vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
