We are looking for an experienced Retirement Living Manager to join Respect Aged Care at our beautiful The Terrace village in Wangaratta, Victoria - a role that blends leadership, community building, and heart.

About the role

As the Retirement Living Manager, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind village life - ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and part of a vibrant community.

From welcoming new residents and managing daily operations to overseeing budgets, compliance, and community activities, you’ll bring people together and help make The Terrace feel like home.

You’ll also work closely with the Chief of Retirement Living to implement improvements and help shape the future of our retirement communities.

What you will bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A people person through and through-approachable, empathetic, and great at building relationships.

• Experienced in retirement living, hospitality, or customer-focused management.

• Skilled in leading teams, juggling priorities, and delivering outstanding resident experiences.

• Confident managing budgets, contracts, and day-to-day village operations.

• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always willing to lend a hand.
