The Opportunity
As our Roaming Facility Manager, you will play a key leadership role across our national network of aged care homes. This dynamic and rewarding position offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference wherever you go.
Reporting to the Chief of Residential Aged Care, you will travel to homes across Australia to provide hands-on operational and leadership support. You will be assisting with daily operations, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
This is a great fit for a strong leader who thrives in changing environments and enjoys building relationships across diverse teams and locations.
What you will bring
Proven managerial experience within the aged care sector
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical, operational, and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and change management skills
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
