The Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator is a senior Registered Nurse position responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care through effective clinical governance, quality improvement, and compliance activities. Working closely with the General Manager, Care Manager, and Care Coordinator (where applicable), this role ensures clinical care practices aligned with organisational policies, professional standards, and aged care regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and operates as a supernumerary clinical role, providing leadership and oversight of quality, risk, and compliance systems across the service. The position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting best-practice clinical care, and ensuring the organisation maintains compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and enhancing the wellbeing of older people.
