We are seeking an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our national recruitment strategy and elevate how we attract, engage and retain great people.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a complex, high-growth environment. You will bring a strong understanding of modern recruitment practices, workforce insights, technology and stakeholder partnership to deliver exceptional outcomes across Respect.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a talented national recruitment team and partner closely with executives, operational leaders and People & Culture teams to deliver a best-in-class talent acquisition function.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a national Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and workforce priorities
  • Leading and coaching a high-performing recruitment team to deliver consistent outcomes for hiring managers across Respect
  • Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, influencing workforce decisions through insights and market intelligence
  • Using data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance candidate experience, streamline processes and improve recruitment efficiency
  • Driving innovative sourcing strategies, including domestic and international talent pipelines
  • Strengthening employer brand and candidate attraction strategies in a competitive labour market
  • Providing meaningful workforce insights to support strategic decision-making

 

About you

You are a strategic Talent Acquisition leader who combines commercial thinking with a passion for people. You understand that great recruitment is about more than filling vacancies, it’s about building capability and supporting organisational success.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience leading Talent Acquisition functions within a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume and specialist recruitment portfolios
  • Strong experience partnering with executive and operational stakeholders
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to translate recruitment metrics and insights into business outcomes
  • Experience using recruitment technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • A track record of designing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading, developing and inspiring recruitment teams

Experience within healthcare, aged care, community services or another highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
