The Position
We are seeking a motivated and capable Care Manager to join our team full time at Gracemere Gardens.
The Care Manager will plan, allocate, and delegate duties to ensure safe, efficient, and person-centred care delivery. You will lead and mentor clinical and care teams, support best-practice clinical outcomes, oversee human and material resource management, and contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the home.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
Sound clinical knowledge and contemporary nursing practice
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
