The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Time Care Manager at Gracemere Gardens.

The Care Manager is responsible for planning, allocating and delegating duties to ensure safe, efficient and person centred care delivery. You will lead and mentor clinical and care teams, support best practice clinical outcomes, oversee human and material resource management, and contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the home.

About You
• Sound clinical knowledge and contemporary nursing practice
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff
• Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills
• Professional attitude and presentation
Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening clearance suitable for aged care
