The Position:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Care Manager to join our team at Maleny Erowal Aged Care Facility, located in the heart of this picturesque region.

The Care Manager is responsible for leading the care and clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to residents in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. You’ll play a key role in staff coordination, mentoring, and the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Sound clinical knowledge and contemporary practice

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills

  • A professional and compassionate approach to aged care

  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

A current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or a willingness to obtain them, are required.
