Step into a brand-new kitchen and bring flavour, leadership, and heart to your role as Chef Supervisor at Respect Bayview Haven!

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Chef Supervisor to join our team in a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from the unpredictable hours of hospitality and enjoy the stability of weekdays only. In this rewarding position, you’ll prepare nutritious and enjoyable meals that make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Our residents love classic, comforting food that feels like a hug — think roast and three veg with a little jazz hands. If you're ready to use your culinary expertise in a brand-new kitchen and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Meaningful work in a purpose-driven organisation.

  • Long-term employment in a recession-proof sector.

  • A healthy and positive workplace culture.

  • Learning, development, and growth opportunities.

  • A brand-new kitchen to work in.
