Location: Wattleglen aged care home in Sale, Victoria.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Wattleglen Home in Sale, Victoria. In this role, you will deliver safe and effective clinical care, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident admissions, assessments, and care planning.

• Accurate clinical documentation and ACFI compliance.

• Safe medication administration and management.

• Contribution to care plan implementation and review.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience (aged care preferred).

• Strong clinical and documentation skills.

• Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
