At Lyndoch Living, we’re proud to provide high-quality, compassionate residential aged care in the heart of Warrnambool. We’re now seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our close-knit clinical team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Lyndoch Living, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and choice.

You’ll work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff and allied health professionals to ensure best-practice care across all shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering person-centred clinical care in line with care plans

• Medication administration and documentation

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and wellbeing

• Supporting and guiding care staff in daily clinical tasks

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and compliance with standards

• Contributing to a positive, respectful and team-focused workplace culture

About You

You’re a compassionate and reliable EN who thrives in a supportive team environment and takes pride in providing exceptional care.

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

• Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)

• Strong clinical and medication management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for supporting older people

• The ability to work across a rotating roster (AM, PM & night duty as required)
