The Role
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and safety of the facility, including:
• Maintaining buildings, equipment, and grounds to a high standard
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
• Using tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Liaising with contractors and supporting site compliance requirements
• Supporting safety, infection control, and a resident centred environment

What You Bring
• Proven maintenance experience, ideally within aged care, medical, or healthcare settings
• Confidence using tools and maintenance equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Relevant licences or tickets, or willingness to obtain them
• Understanding of safety, infection control, and compliance standards
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check suitable for aged care employment
