The Role
As a Maintenance Officer, you will support the day to day maintenance of the facility, grounds, and equipment to ensure the home remains safe, functional, and well presented.
You will work closely with the site team to complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and assist with maintaining a comfortable environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
• General building maintenance and minor repairs
• Gardening and grounds upkeep
• Assisting with preventative maintenance programs
• Maintaining equipment and facility presentation
• Supporting site safety and compliance requirements
• Assisting with maintenance requests from staff and residents
What You Can Bring

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Current National Police Certificate
