Since 1922, Respect Aged Care has been a proud not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting older Australians with exceptional care and strong community values. Our mission is to foster places of belonging where every resident can enjoy a life lived with dignity. With our head office on the northwest coast of Tasmania, we continue to expand our network of warm, supportive aged care communities across Australia.
Masters Lodge is located in a peaceful and welcoming part of Queensland, offering the ideal balance of community connection and relaxed regional living. The surrounding area features friendly neighbourhoods, easy access to local shops and cafés, and beautiful outdoor spaces perfect for weekend markets, walking trails, and coastal day trips. It’s a comfortable and affordable place to settle in, with a strong sense of community and a slower pace of life that still keeps you close to essential services and amenities.
Whether you enjoy a quiet lifestyle, access to nature, or supportive local culture, the area surrounding Masters Lodge is a genuinely pleasant place to live and work.
