The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of the clinical team to deliver safe, high quality, person centred care. You will play an important role in supporting residents’ health and wellbeing while leading and guiding care staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering high quality clinical care to residents
• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Monitoring resident health and responding to clinical needs
• Supporting and guiding care staff on shift
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating with residents, families, and the wider clinical team
What You Can Bring
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or similar clinical settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Compassionate and resident focused approach to care
• Current National Police Certificate
