As National Social Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a national social care framework that ensures consistent and high-quality resident wellbeing and engagement while achieving financial business objectives. The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Residential Aged Care, the National Social Engagement Manager will:
· Develop a comprehensive social care program that is aimed at improving resident wellbeing and quality of life
· Pilot the social care program and an accountability framework that provides the necessary tools and structure for consistent delivery of the program at selected sites, and upon successful completion of the pilot, implement the program across all facilities
· Drive continuous improvement for resident social care outcomes and experiences including volunteer engagement opportunities
· Support facility managers to foster a positive culture where social care is a shared responsibility across all care teams
· Drive the financial performance of social care across the residential division ensuring targets and consistency are met across all aged care facilities.
About you
This role requires a highly experienced leader with exceptional social care insight who brings:
· Proven experience overseeing social care, aged care, or community care operations and programs across a large number of sites
· Strong knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
· A commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality, and consumer-directed social care program
· Financial acumen with a record of achieving operational and budgetary targets
· A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable growth
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
