Join Respect, a not-for-profit organisation serving older Australians since 1922. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Retirement Village Manager to oversee daily operations at our Waterfront Living Village in Warrnambool. This role is permanent part time 2 - 3 days per week.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, and experience in sales, customer service, or property management. You’ll help keep our village thriving, support residents, and ensure a safe and welcoming community.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the village

• Drive occupancy through sales and lease coordination

• Support residents with excellent service and communication

• Oversee budgets, compliance, and contractor services

• Foster a vibrant, connected village community

What we’re looking for

• Strong people and leadership skills

• Organised and detail-focused

• Excellent communication skills

• National Police Check (or ability to obtain)

• (Desirable) Experience in retirement living, aged care, or property management
