The Position
We are seeking a Full Time Personal Care Assistant to join the team at Glenella Aged Care Home in Queensland. This role supports residents with daily living needs and contributes to a warm, safe and person centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high quality personal care and support
• Assist residents with daily living tasks including hygiene and mobility
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Encourage independence and meaningful engagement
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families and colleagues
What You Need
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• National Police Check
• Genuine passion for supporting older people
