The Opportunity: 

We're on the lookout for an experienced Property and Fleet Coordinator. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for effective day to day coordination of Respect’s property portfolio, motor fleet and associated assets such as staff housing, offices etc.

Reporting to the Property and Asset Coordinator the role will include but not limited to Property Coordination, Fleet Coordination – fleet operations, cost management, maintenance and repairs and policy and compliance.

Requirements:

Essential -

  • Demonstrated experience working in property management, and/or fleet, plant and asset administration.
  • Knowledge and understanding of tenancy laws across different States.
  • Ability to manage various tasks, coordinate with various stakeholders and oversee complex logistical arrangements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to acquire)
  • National Police Check

Desirable -

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice/Property Services or other qualifications deemed equivalent/relevant.
  • Knowledge of rural healthcare services, transport options and community resources
  • Experience arranging transportation, including airport pickups and travel logistics
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial property management

To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
