Respect Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our team at Alcheringa Aged Care Facility in Swan Hill, Victoria. About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Alcheringa, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the wellbeing of our residents. Working closely with a dedicated care team, you will help ensure care is delivered in line with best practice and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering and overseeing clinical care within the facility

• Conducting assessments, care planning and evaluations

• Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Providing guidance and support to care staff

• Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare providers

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and accreditation outcomes

About You

You are a Registered Nurse who is caring, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality aged care.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care (desirable but not essential)

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A resident-first, values-led approach to care

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster as required
