About the Role

As a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will lead by example, support care staff, and ensure clinical standards are upheld at all times.

This is a casual position, ideal for someone seeking flexibility. The successful candidate will be available to work across a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and nights as required.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment where your clinical expertise and compassion will be highly valued.

No two days are the same! As a Registered Nurse you will:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health and wellbeing
  • Develop and review care plans in line with individual needs
  • Lead and support care staff, providing guidance and clinical oversight
  • Liaise with families, allied health professionals, and external providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
  • Respond to clinical changes and escalate concerns appropriately

A desirable candidate would have:

  • Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Current National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in residential aged care (highly regarded)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
