The Opportunity

As our Roaming Facility Manager, you will play a key leadership role across our national network of aged care homes. This dynamic and rewarding position offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference wherever you go.

Reporting to the Chief of Residential Aged Care, you will travel to homes across Australia to provide hands-on operational and leadership support. You will be assisting with daily operations, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

This is a great fit for a strong leader who thrives in changing environments and enjoys building relationships across diverse teams and locations.

What you will bring

• Proven managerial experience within the aged care sector

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong clinical, operational, and leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and change management skills

• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach

• The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
