About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Social Care Assistant to join the team at Tyler Village in Prospect Vale. This role supports the delivery of meaningful social care and lifestyle activities for residents in a caring aged care environment.

You will work as part of the wider care team, supporting resident wellbeing, connection and engagement through activities that promote choice, dignity and quality of life.

About You

• Relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV qualification.
• Genuine interest in working in aged care.
• Well-developed customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Current National Police Certificate.
