As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide safe, effective, and person-centered care in line with AHPRA standards, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments
Assist in the development and review of care plans
Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
Contribute to ACFI assessments and support funding processes
Uphold organisational policies around safety, care, and compliance
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
Essential:
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Understanding of aged care standards and practices
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Familiarity with ACFI and government aged care funding
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Understanding of the aged care accreditation process
