We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead Bayview Haven, a trusted residential aged care home in Portland, Victoria - a beautiful coastal town known for its relaxed lifestyle, ocean views and strong sense of community.

About the Role

As General Manager of Bayview Haven, you’ll combine clinical and operational leadership with a deep commitment to resident wellbeing. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care, compliance with aged care standards, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

This is a highly rewarding role for a values-led leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our Respect Aged Care corporate services team, including clinical governance, finance, people & culture, and hospitality services,allowing you to focus on leading your team and shaping a positive, resident-first culture.

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

• Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care (ideally 3+ years)

• Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance, and funding frameworks

• A collaborative leader with empathy, confidence and clear communication skills

• Passionate about resident-centred care and creating a positive team culture
