About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an essential role in providing high standards of clinical care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, person-centred, and respectful support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care aligned with individual care plans

• Supporting residents with chronic disease management, medication administration, and daily clinical needs

• Monitoring resident health, reporting changes, and escalating concerns where required

• Building strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements

• Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes wellbeing and dignity

About You
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who brings professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to quality care. You will have:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA

• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a strong interest in developing your skills in the sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical direction

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to best practice

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting older people
