At Respect Tongala Memorial, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team. This role requires flexibility to work across AM, PM and Night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, values person-centred care, and understands that the little things often make the biggest difference to our residents.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and care team to deliver high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Your day will include:

• Supporting resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
• Administering medications safely and accurately.
• Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contributing to resident care planning and evaluations.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
• Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
