We're on the hunt for Permanent Personal Care Assistants to join our incredible team at Woodhaven Residential Aged Care in Lockhart, NSW.

The Position:

• Permanent position with minimum 60 hours per fortnight 
• You'll need to work all shifts (yes... mornings, afternoons & nights).

What you'll be doing:

• Helping residents with personal care while protecting their independence and dignity.
• Serving meals, snacks, cuppas, and making sure everyone's looked after.
• Recording observations and letting the nursing team know if something isn't quite right.
• Checking menu requirements.
• Jumping in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work.
• Basically being one of the reasons someone's day is a whole lot better.

You'll need:

• Certificate III (or equivalent)
• A National Police Check (or willingness to get one)
• NDIS Check (or willingness to get one)
• Great communication skills
• Residential aged care experience
• To meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
